As
stipulation of the Certificate of Approval for Enterprise with foreign
trade rights in the People's Republic of China, Highsun is a foreign trading
company and the main business scope of Highsun includes both independent
and agential business operation for import & export of all kinds of the
commodities and technology, except for those prohibited by the National
Government. The Certificate of Approval states that Highsun owns the right
to engage mutual-sale trade, entrepot trade and the business of "processing
with customer's materials, assembling components supplied by foreign customers,
manufacturing according to sample (drawing) and compensation trade".
